Minor Hotels will introduce its Avani brand to Sabah, Malaysia, with the opening of Avani Kota Kinabalu in the first quarter of 2027. The 352-room hotel will integrate into The Logg Luyang, a mixed-use development by KTI Landmark.

This complex combines hospitality, commercial, and lifestyle components, with Avani Kota Kinabalu serving as its primary accommodation anchor. The new property will join Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas as Minor Hotels' second establishment in Malaysia.
