White Rainbow Hotels Integrates Mews Across Portfolio
US boutique operator White Rainbow has transitioned seven of its properties to the Mews hospitality operating system, with an eighth Vermont site joining this month.

White Rainbow Adopts Mews Platform
US boutique hotel group White Rainbow has selected Mews, a hospitality operating system provider, to manage its property administration, revenue functions, and housekeeping workflows. The integration aims to streamline operations across White Rainbow's portfolio, which includes properties primarily located in the Adirondacks region, alongside sites in Montana and Vermont.
Seven of the company's existing hotels have already completed the transition to the Mews platform. This strategic move provides White Rainbow with a unified system to oversee its diverse operational needs as it continues to expand its footprint in the independent hotel sector, allowing it to manage properties consistently from any location.
Portfolio Expansion and System Rollout
White Rainbow plans to onboard its newest asset, the Grey Fox Inn in Stowe, Vermont, to the Mews platform before the close of October 2026. This addition will bring the total number of properties utilising the Mews system to eight.
The seven properties already live on the platform are employing Mews PMS (Property Management System), Mews RMS (Revenue Management System), and Flexkeeping, a Mews subsidiary, for housekeeping management.
This comprehensive adoption ensures a consistent approach to core hotel functions across the group, enabling White Rainbow to manage property administration, revenue, and housekeeping with a unified system.
Enhanced Operations and Guest Experience
The Mews integration extends to crucial guest-facing services. White Rainbow has connected its digital keyless entry system through the Mews Marketplace, allowing guests to check in flexibly according to their own schedules. Internally, White Rainbow has developed bespoke automated reporting functions directly linked to the Mews data architecture.
This setup enables staff to track incoming reservations, assess occupancy rates, and draft pro-forma financial models efficiently, eliminating the need to extract data from multiple, disconnected software programmes.
Asia's Independent Hotels Could Benefit
The adoption of integrated operating systems by independent hotel groups like White Rainbow offers a model for similar businesses in Asia. Many independent hotel operators across Southeast Asia and other regional markets face challenges in managing disparate systems as they grow.
The Mews platform's ability to provide a single operating system for consistent management across multiple properties could be particularly relevant.
While Mews has not announced specific expansion plans into Asian markets, the success of its platform with independent operators like White Rainbow could prompt Asian boutique hotel groups to inquire about similar integrated solutions.
By late 2026, industry observers will be watching for any indications of Mews' strategy to enter or partner within the competitive Asian hospitality technology sector.
