Aman, Remote Lands Unveil 2028 Asia Private Jet Expeditions
Luxury hospitality group Aman and tour operator Remote Lands announced two new private jet journeys for 2028, featuring extensive itineraries across Asia and starting from $164,888 per person.

New Private Jet Journeys for 2028
Luxury hospitality provider Aman and bespoke tour operator Remote Lands have introduced their latest series of private jet expeditions for 2028. Announced on 1 October 2026, the collection includes two new itineraries designed for high-end travellers, focusing on extensive exploration across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
These journeys, building on a partnership that began in 2013, will utilise an Airbus ACJ 319 jet. Remote Lands stated that the trip durations have been adjusted to suit the schedules of contemporary luxury travellers, while maintaining access to Aman's exclusive resort properties globally.
Cultural Treasures of Asia Itinerary
One of the new offerings is the 15-night “Cultural Treasures of Asia” expedition, scheduled from 4 to 19 March 2028. This journey begins in Tokyo at Aman Tokyo, where guests can participate in activities such as sushi-making classes or samurai sword instruction.
The itinerary then proceeds to Cambodia for a private helicopter view of Angkor Wat, followed by visits to China's Tiger Leaping Gorge and the Tiger’s Nest Monastery, before concluding in India with a stop at the Taj Mahal. Prices for this adventure begin from $164,888 per person, based on double occupancy, as stated by Aman and Remote Lands.
From Islands to Ancient Worlds Expedition
Later in 2028, the “From Islands to Ancient Worlds” expedition will offer a 17-night itinerary in October. This journey commences in Kyoto at Aman Kyoto, providing experiences such as private geisha evenings and Zen meditation. Travellers will then visit Aman's private island in the Philippines and its property in Central Java, Indonesia, known for UNESCO temples.
The expedition continues to the Maldives, including a stay at the upcoming Amanpulo, which is set to open in 2028. Subsequent destinations include the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in the United Arab Emirates, Montenegro's Adriatic coast, and Istanbul. Rates for this expedition start from $198,888 per person, based on double occupancy, according to the operators.
Implications for Asian Luxury Travel
These new expeditions underscore a continued focus on curated, high-value travel experiences within Asia for affluent consumers. Catherine Heald, Chairman, CEO, and Founder of Remote Lands, noted that the partnership has consistently aimed to redefine private jet travel through extraordinary access and thoughtful cultural immersion.
The ability to customise each journey, providing every couple or solo traveller with a private car, driver, and guide, caters to a growing demand for personalised exploration across Asian destinations.
The inclusion of new properties, such as Amanpulo in the Maldives, further expands the luxury accommodation options available to travellers seeking exclusive access to the region's diverse cultural and natural attractions in 2028.
