Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival Extends with Month-Long Gourmet Offers
The Hong Kong Tourism Board has expanded its annual Wine & Dine Festival, adding a city-wide gourmet programme throughout November 2026, following the main event from 29 October to 1 November.

Hong Kong Extends Annual Wine and Dine Event
The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), in partnership with the Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux (CIVB), is set to host its annual Wine & Dine Festival from 29 October to 1 November 2026.
This year, the event, located at the Central Harbourfront Event Space and Tamar Park, will introduce a significant expansion: "Hong Kong Gourmet Month." This new city-wide programme will feature a series of dining offers and culinary experiences throughout November, extending the festival's reach beyond its initial four-day run.
The HKTB states the festival’s overarching theme is "Taste the World’s Best," inviting both local residents and international travellers to explore a global array of flavours.
Expanded Footprint and International Participation
The 2026 festival marks a notable increase in scale, with the HKTB reporting over 340 booths planned, which represents an increase of more than 10% compared to last year's event. The festival's physical footprint has also grown, now encompassing Tamar Park alongside the Central Harbourfront Event Space, providing more space for exhibitors and attendees.
Visitors can anticipate sampling wines and delicacies from approximately 31 countries and regions. Furthermore, the event will introduce debut pavilions from Australia, Canada, and South Korea, broadening the international representation and offering a wider selection of global culinary delights for attendees to explore.
New Experiences and Premium Offerings
For the first time, the festival will offer limited-edition, expert-led guided tours and tasting experiences, aiming to provide a deeper, more curated engagement with the featured wines and foods. Event hours have also been extended, with the festival remaining open until 1am on Friday and Saturday evenings to accommodate more visitors.
A dedicated "Grand wine pavilion" will be a highlight, showcasing rare and prestigious wines from leading global regions.
This includes selections such as Château Lafite Rothschild 2016 and Mouton Rothschild Pauillac 1er Cru 1982 from France, Burgundy labels like Clos de Bèze from Domaine Armand Rousseau, and international choices including Spain’s Vega Sicilia Unico 2015 and Chile’s VINA VIK VIK in a six-litre Imperial bottle. The "AMEX GOURMET CLUB" will also be featured, sponsored by American Express.
Strategic Impact on Hong Kong's Tourism
The expansion of the Wine & Dine Festival into a month-long "Gourmet Month" reinforces Hong Kong’s strategic efforts to enhance its appeal as a premier culinary destination in Asia.
This extended programme offers travellers a prolonged period to engage with the city's diverse food and wine scene, potentially encouraging longer stays and increased visitor spending within Hong Kong's hospitality and food and beverage sectors throughout November 2026.
For industry stakeholders, the festival's growth and its broadened international participation present significant opportunities for market exposure, networking, and solidifying Hong Kong's status as a regional hub for gastronomic events.
