Over 97 countries including USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and GCC members enter Qatar visa-free for 30 days. Citizens of 102+ countries can obtain visa-on-arrival. Online e-visa Tourist Visa (Type A1) available via hayya.qa portal for QAR 100, now valid for 90 days from issue (extended from 30 days as of 2026). As of 7 June 2026, Qatar ended temporary visa extension policy restoring standard validity periods and fees. Initial 30-day stay may be extended up to 6 months total. Certain nationalities (India, Pakistan, Iran, Thailand, Ukraine) must book accommodation through Discover Qatar and purchase health insurance for stays beyond 30 days.
Citizens of 66 countries are eligible for Saudi Arabia's eVisa, valid for one year with multiple entries permitting stays up to 90 days per entry and 180 days total per calendar year. Approval typically granted within 24–72 hours via online application. Processing fee SAR 402 (approximately USD $107) includes mandatory medical insurance. Eligible nationalities include major markets across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, plus holders of valid Schengen, US, or UK visas/residence permits regardless of nationality. eVisa valid for tourism, family visits, cultural/entertainment events, and Umrah (outside Hajj season) but cannot be used for Hajj or education/employment. Saudi Minister announced unified GCC visa planned for 2026–2027.
Citizens of 75+ countries including USA, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore enter Turkey visa-free for up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period. Citizens of 48+ additional nationalities can apply for online e-Visa via evisa.gov.tr for USD $50 with instant approval (email within minutes). Passport must be valid 6+ months beyond intended stay. Turkey's 90/180 rule is strictly enforced: immigration officers count all days spent in Turkey in the prior 180 days from entry. Overstaying results in daily fines and potential entry bans ranging from months to years. As of 2026, walk-up visa windows at airports and land borders permanently closed; all visa applicants must use evisa.gov.tr. UK citizens gained visa-free status as of February 2026.
Citizens of 70+ countries enter the UAE visa-free: ~49 nationalities receive 90-day stay within rolling 180-day period; others receive 30-day stays. GCC citizens require only passport/national ID. E-visa applications available via federal portals or airlines/hotels/travel agencies. Visa-on-Arrival expanded June 2026 to six additional nationalities (Indonesia, Kenya, Philippines, South Africa, Thailand, Vietnam with valid residence permits) for stays up to 60 days. Indian passport holders with residence permits from Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, or Singapore also gained VOA eligibility.
